Gabriel has dedicated himself to the practice of both immigration and personal injury law. He is the partner responsible for the firm’s immigration practice, and lead trial counsel for the firm’s personal injury practice.
Gabriel handles personal injury actions throughout the State of New Jersey. He further handles and appears regularly before Immigration Courts throughout the United States. He oversees matters pending before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”). He has handled and worked on cases pending before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New Jersey, State of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Gabriel was Staff Counsel for a major insurance carrier where he represented insureds in automotive personal injury actions. Gabriel also served as an associate in a Bergen County law firm where he assisted clients in personal injury, divorce and family law, municipal court, and criminal court, appeals and constitutional law matters.
