Christian R. Diaz, Esq.
Partner
Appearing regularly in both Municipal Court and Superior Court in Hudson County and the surrounding Counties, Christian’s practice focuses primarily on Family Law, Real Estate and Civil Law. Utilizing the skills that he has gained from negotiating with banks during the foreclosure crisis, and dealing with commercial transactions, Christian prides himself on settling even the most controversial and difficult cases. Even after a case is in court, Christian works diligently to pursue a settlement that benefits his client while simultaneously preparing for a trial if need be. Recognizing that each client’s needs differ, Christian tailors his arguments to the specific circumstances of his client’s cases. Chrisitan’s clients will attest to his ability to think outside of the box to offer innovative solutions and achieve the best results possible for all his clients.
Christian recently became a partner of Alum, Ferrer, Diaz & Luaces in 2022 and before that, Christian was a paralegal for Alum & Ferrer, Esqs., for 16 years. Between 2015 and 2019, while attending law school at night at New York law School, he was a law clerk with the firm full-time during the day.
